If you feel sleepy or dizzy, or your vision is blurred, do not drive, cycle or use machinery. Do not drink alcohol while taking Kwells.
Restlessness, confusion and hallucinations have also been reported. People with epilepsy may experience more seizures. Contact your doctor immediately if you react badly to the tablets. Call NHS 111 for suspected serious side effects; call 999 for signs of a severe allergic reaction, such as difficulty breathing or swelling of the tongue or throat.
Read the patient information leaflet for the full list of side effects and precautions.
