What are Senokot Max Strength Tablets used for ?
Do you suffer from bloating and constipation? Senokot Max Strength Tablets contain a laxative known as senna This gently stimulates the muscles of the bowel (large intestine).

What is constipation?
Normal and regular bowel movement is important for most people. However, what is “normal and regular” varies from person to person. Some may have a bowel movement every day, others less often. Whatever it is like for you, it is best that your bowel movement has a regular pattern.
You may get constipation if the normal muscle action of the bowel slows down. Lack of fiber is a common cause of constipation.In addition lack of exercise and having to stay in bed for along time is also a factor.
Constipation can make you feel boated or generally off colour.
How do you use Senokot Max Strength Tablets?
Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Swallow one to two tablets at night
Children over 6 years: Not recommended unless advised by a medical professional.
Children 6 years and under: Not recommended
