Thrush is a common yeast infection and affects both sexes. The ailment is usually harmless, but can keep coming back. Also, it is not classed as a sexually transmitted disease.
Thrush symptoms in womens
Do you have a white discharge from your vagina? It may look cottage cheese, with no smell. Additionally, you may have irritation around the vagina.Do you have soreness and stinging during sex? Is it sore when you pee? All these are symptoms of Thrush

Do you have Irritation, burning or redness at the head of the penis? Is there a white discharge, like cottage cheese? Additionally you may have difficulty pulling back the foreskin.
Only use this product if you have been previously diagnosed by your doctor as having thrush. The active substance in Canesten Thrush Oral Capsule is fluconazole. Fluconazole belongs to a group of medicines called azoles and is an antifungal agent which fights the cause of infections such as thrush.
The armpits,groin and between the fingers, can also be infected with thrush. Do you have a red, itchy or painful rash? later it will scale over and produce a white or yellow discharge.
How do you treat thrush?
Treat thrush with an antifungal. For example, Canestal oral capsule and / or cream.
How do you use the Canesten Thrush Pessary ?
One 500mg pessary should be inserted at night. Using the applicator provided, the pessary should be inserted as high as possible into the vagina. This is best achieved when lying back with legs bent up. A second treatment may be carried out if necessary.
