How do you use Bonjela Gel ?
Firstly, Wash your hands. Next, rub 1 cm of gel onto the affected area.Repeat after 3 hours.
For denture rubbing avoid application directly to the dentures. Apply the gel to the gums, leave thirty minutes before replacing the denture.
Use vitamins and supplements to help during times of illness.
