This includes: gently bathing the affected area with saline water, using suitable over-the-counter pain relief such as paracetamol or ibuprofen if it is safe for me to do so. I will also drink plenty of fluids so my urine is more dilute and consider urinating in a bath or with water running over the area to reduce stinging. I will avoid tight clothing that may rub or irritate the area.(Required)
