What is Desloratadine and what does it do?
Desloratadine is a medicine for adults and children aged over 12 years old which is used to relieve the symptoms associated allergic rhinitis. These symptoms include sneezing, runny or itchy nose, itchy, red or watery eyes and is caused by inflammation of the nasal passages.
Desloratadine can also be used to treat symptoms caused by urticaria (a skin condition produced by an allergy). This is typified by itching and hives.
The relief from these symptoms can last an entire day so that you can continue with your daily life and have an uninterrupted night's sleep.
