Do you want to stop smoking without the craving? Nicotinell mint 2mg chewing gum replaces the nicotine from cigarettes, helping you to stop smoking.

Nicotine replacement therapy is provided by this gum. For example, when you chew nicotine is released slowly, reducing your craving.

How do I use Nicotinell mint chewing gum?

First chew one piece of gum until the taste becomes strong, then rest the gum between your gum and cheek.Next chew again when the taste fades.

You can use 8-12 pieces of gum a day.

Do not use more than 25 pieces of 2mg gum a day.

Like all medicines, Nicotinell chewing-gums cancause side effects, although not everybody getsthem.STOP using the gum and seek medical helpimmediately if you have any of the followingwhich may be signs of an allergic reaction:

difficulty breathing or swallowing, swelling of themouth, face, lips, tongue or throat.

severe itching of the skin, with a red rash or raisedlumps.Some effects you may notice in the first few daysare dizziness, headache and sleep disturbancesThese may be withdrawal symptoms in connectionwith smoking cessation and may be caused byinsufficient administration of nicotine.Common side effects (occur in 1 to 10 users in 100) dizziness and headache.

Hiccups, stomach trouble such as nausea,flatulence, vomiting, heartburn, increased salivaproduction, irritation of the mouth and throat andjaw muscle ache may also occur, especially as aresult of intense chewing. Check that you arefollowing the correct chewing technique if youexperience these effects.Uncommon side effects (occur in 1 to 10 users in1,000)
