Returns
We cannot accept returns for exchange or refund on any item purchased from us. This is because we cannot legally return any item back into stock once it has left the premises and therefore, we would need to dispose any returned products. We recommend you take any unwanted medication or appliances to your nearest Pharmacy who will dispose them for you or alternatively you can contact us, and we can arrange a safe collection.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. A non-refundable cancellation fee of £10.00 will be applied to all cancelled orders. Once an order has been dispatched and a dispatch confirmation has been sent, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order.
Aftersales
We try to ensure that all products your purchase from us reach in the best condition however in the event that you wish to return the product to us because it is:
