All orders for both prescription and pharmacy items must be approved by one of our prescribers by assessing your online consultation. Once the order has been approved a prescription will be issued and sent to our pharmacy to dispense and dispatch. Please note orders placed up to 3.30pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched for next day delivery. Any orders placed after 3.30pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched Monday.
