All orders for both prescription and pharmacy items must be approved by one of our prescribers by assessing your online consultation. Once the order has been approved a prescription will be issued and sent to our pharmacy to dispense and dispatch. Please note orders placed up to 14:30pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched for next day delivery. Any orders placed after 1430pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 14:30pm on Friday and over the weekend will be dispatched Monday.
