About Us

My chemist Plus are a in house online prescription and online pharmacy service. You complete a free online consultation and our prescribers will assess and issue We offer a quick, reliable and discreet service to your door at competitive prices.

Our prescribers are registered and regulated by their relevant regulatory bodies and are all UK registered. You can be assured that our prescribers have years of experience and expertise. They will only issue you an online prescription if they feel it is clinically safe to do so.

We have robust policies and procedures in place in line with the new Medicines Health Regulatory Agency requirements. We also have a clear audit trail of the medication we supply and we only source our medication from reputable wholesale distributers.
Our online prescription service and online pharmacy service is 100% secure. We have strict policies and procedures implemented to ensure all customer data is protected. Our confidential waste is destroyed in house then collected by a third- party company who destroy it further. Please also read our GDPR policy.

Ordering

Please note you cannot add a product to basket without completing a online questionnaire. Once you have completed the online questionnaire you can add the chosen online prescription treatment to basket. Your order will then be assigned to a prescriber. The prescriber will then assess your online consultation and issue an online prescription. This online prescription will then be dispatched by our online pharmacy. Your order will be packaged discreetly and dispatched to you using the Royal Special Next Day Delivery Service before 1pm. You will need to sign for your parcel Once the order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details in a separate email from Royal Mail.

You can track the status of your order by logging in to your account.

Once the order has been dispatched you can track your order using the tracking details emailed to you by Royal Mail.

No. The price listed is inclusive of the consultation fee.

Our prices our very competitive.

Our prescribers will only decline an order if they feel it is not clinically safe to issue a online prescription. We will always advise you by email to contact your GP or any other appropriate health care professional/body. We will also provide a full refund.

All orders placed before 2pm are dispatched for next day delivery before 1pm

Please note orders placed on Thursday after 2pm not be delivered until Monday using the next day service unless you select the Saturday delivery option.

Our admin hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

If you have a question regarding an order you have placed or received please login to your account and select the order you wish to query and email us from here.

You can cancel your order by contacting us by phone or email, we will cancel your order and process a refund. However please note once the order has been approved by our prescriber we cannot provide a refund.

We cannot provide refunds on any orders once they have been authorised. All stock returned to us would legally need to be destroyed.

You can contact your prescriber in relation to your online consultation and online prescription by logging in to your account and selecting the online consultation/online prescription you wish to query and email us from here

Alternatively if you wish to contact our prescribers or a specific prescriber please email [email protected] and our admin team will forward the query.

Dispatch/Delivery

We take delivering prescription medication very seriously. After conducting a thorough risk assessment and evaluating the delivery options and process we as a company have come to the decision that all orders will be delivered using the Royal Mail Special Next Delivery Service.

As a good will gesture we have capped the delivery charge to £5.95 irrespective of the weight of the item to be dispatched.

Please note orders placed on Thursday after 2pm will not be delivered until the next working day (Monday) unless you select the guaranteed Saturday delivery option at an extra cost.

A signature will be required upon receipt of the order.
Royal Mail will leave a calling card with your options to either rearrange delivery or collect from your local depot.

Unfortunately we cannot offer this service at present. However all orders are guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm.

Once your online prescription has been dispensed by our pharmacy you should expect to receive an email from Royal Mail with your tracking details.

You can track the journey of your parcel using these details.

Patient Account

You can sign in to your account by clicking on the My Account icon at the top of website.
To reset password you will need to select the reset password option. You should receive an email with a link to reset your password.

You cannot change your email address you have used to create your account, however if you have a new email you wish to use please create a new account and inform us so that we can link both accounts under the new email address.
