Our complaints procedure

We ensure that we provide a service of the highest standard and care to all our customers. However, if you are not satisfied, we would like you to inform us so that we can learn from our mistakes and improve our service. We value customer feedback. All complaints need to be in writing for the attention of our Superintendent Pharmacist Mrs Shahina Mohamed to the address below:
