You complete a free online consultation and our prescribers will assess and issue an online prescription. Your online prescription will then be dispensed in house by our online pharmacy and dispatched to you in discreet packaging on a next day delivery service.

Please note you cannot add a product to basket without completing a online questionnaire. Once you have completed the online questionnaire you can add the chosen online prescription treatment to basket. Your order will then be assigned to a prescriber. The prescriber will then assess your online consultation and issue an online prescription. This online prescription will then be dispatched by our online pharmacy. Your order will be packaged discreetly and dispatched to you using the Royal Special Next Day Delivery Service. You will need to sign for your parcel Once the order has been dispatched you will receive tracking details in a separate email from Royal Mail.

All orders placed before 14:30pm are dispatched for next day delivery.
Please note orders placed on Friday after 14:30pm not be dispatched until Monday.
Our admin hours are Monday to Friday 9.30am-5pm

You can cancel your order by contacting us by phone or email, we will cancel your order and process a refund. However please note once the order has been dispatched we cannot provide a refund.

We cannot provide refunds on any orders once they have been authorised. All stock returned to us would legally need to be destroyed.

We take the delivery of prescription medication very seriously. Following a thorough risk assessment and careful review of our delivery options and internal processes, we have chosen to offer delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. This allows us to provide a reliable and secure service while maintaining the high standards expected for prescription items. Please note that orders placed after 14:30 on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.
For orders where Special Next Day delivery has been selected, a signature will be required upon receipt of the order.
Unfortunately we cannot offer this service at present. However all orders are guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm.

Once your online prescription has been dispensed by our pharmacy you should expect to receive an email from Royal Mail with your tracking details.
You can track the journey of your parcel using these details.
You cannot change your email address you have used to create your account, however if you have a new email you wish to use please create a new account and inform us so that we can link both accounts under the new email address.
